With 3 separate workspaces to cover every eventuality, the Monster Truck Offset Charcoal Smoker and Grill is the perfect solution to all your grilling, barbecuing and smoking needs. The large, central grilling area (80 x 40cm, 3200cm²) gives you plenty of room to satisfy the carnivorous desires of even the largest of groups. Meanwhile, a smaller side grill (50 x 40cm, 2000cm²) is perfect for smaller barbecues, or for preparing additional dishes separately - such as some crunchy grilled vegetables. Both grill areas have separate fireboxes and lids, giving you the flexibility to use one for grilling and the other for slow cooking, perhaps pulled pork or some smoked fish, for example. A built-in thermometer on the main grill makes it easier to control the heat when using it as a smoker. However, true perfection lies in the side smoker, where 4 levels (40cm diameter, 1250cm² each) give you extensive space for smoking fish, ham or home-made sausages. Drains channel the leaking cooking fat into a drip tray, to prevent it burning, while a ventilation flap over the chimney helps regulate airflow, and another thermometer helps control the temperature inside. Outside of smoking, the side smoker can also be used to keep meals warm. In front of the main grill is a handy round-cornered shelf (70 x 20cm, 1400cm²), while the side grill also features an additional cooking area beneath its lid.
