Montagnolo Affiné is a superb surface-ripened cheese from Southern Germany. Exceptionally creamy with a mild blue taste, the Bavarian delicacy was virtually unknown when it won Supreme Champion at the International Cheese Awards in 2012 and is best enjoyed with a full-bodied red wine, such as, The House of Bruar’s Pinot Noir.
