Montblanc Heritage 119948
Description
In 1906, Hamburg, Alfred Nehemias and August Eberstein understood that with the turn of the century, a desire for innovation and ingenuity had started to snowball in modern society. Having realised this, Nehemias and Eberstein decided to produce Simplicissimus Pens, Latin for Simple Pens. A design which saw the ink-well incorporated into the main body of fountain pens. Shortly after this, new partners Claus Johannes, Christian Lausen, and Wilhelm Dziambor took over and drove the business to international success. In 1909, the Rouge et Noir was released, which included the name Montblanc. In 1910 the name was registered as the companies trademark. Presenting this Mens Montblanc timepiece from the Heritage collection.
