How to choose a cat carrier: Choose a carrier based on your cat's adult size. The carrier should be high enough to allow the cat to stand up, and wide enough for it to lie down and turn around comfortably. Allow your pet some time to get used to being transported in the pet carrier. Gently accustom your pet to the carrier by simply allowing it to spend time inside with the door open.
