Nemo Applique de Marseille wall light
Description
Up&Down wall light Applique de Marseille The series to which this wall light belongs was designed by the Swiss-French architect Le Corbusier for his newly developed residential building type "Unité d'Habitation", which was first realised in Marseille in 1947. Le Corbusier designed the Applique de Marseille wall light for his Paris flat. It realises the motif of the double lampshade series in a simplified form; Applique de Marseille is equipped with two narrow cylindrical shades of slightly different sizes, which are oriented upwards and downwards respectively. The single-colour finish and simple, clear form result in an unobtrusive wall light that can be integrated into many furnishing concepts.
