Description
First released in '87, the Nike Air Max 1 was one of Tinker Hatfield's original designs. Inspired by the Centre Georges Pompidou, the model was the first to boast an exposed Air unit, something that become a regular part of the label's lineage. Arriving in an 'Coconut Milk' guise, leather and mesh inform the uppers along with animal print overlays. Swoosh insignias adorning the sidewalls while cloud-like Air units confirm comfort and underfoot grippy outsoles add traction. | FD9856-100
