A homage to the breakfast favourite, the AM90 "Bacon" arrived in 2004 thanks to Dave Ortiz and his since-closed Dave's Quality Meats skate store in NYC. A real Air Max 90 grail, an array of pinks, reds and browns paint the sizzling silhouette's premium suede, leather and textile upper, nodding to the different stages of the meat being cooked.
