Description
Built to last, this Ninja Foodi saucepan is made from forged aluminium with a hard-anodised exterior. The robust ZEROSTICK non-stick won't chip, flake or peel and it's safe to wash in the dishwasher, scratch-resistant, metal utensil safe and designed to withstand high-heat cooking. The pan is ideal for simmering homemade sauces, soups and chilli, heating healthy vegetables, creating indulgent desserts and more. Simply sear and caramelise ingredients using little to no oil, then watch your creations easily slide from the pan to the plate. ZEROSTICK combines plasma ceramic bonding with a unique coating so that every pan stays flake and peel-free. Precision engineered at 17,000°C, plasma ceramic particles are fused to the surface of the pan, creating a robust textured surface that interlocks with the non-stick coating to form a superior bond. The cookware has cast stainless-steel handles and is oven safe to 260°C. It's suitable for all hob types, including induction, gas, electric and ceramic. The pan comes with a high-quality heat-tempered glass lid with a steam vent. Enjoy even heating and no hot spots for perfectly cooked results. Key benefits: Forged aluminium with a hard-anodised exterior Tempered glass lid with a steam vent Cast stainless-steel handles Dishwasher safe Oven safe to 260°C Scratch-resistant, metal utensil-safe non-stick PFOA, lead and cadmium free Suitable for use on all hobs, including inductionGetting the most from your induction pans To ensure the functionality of induction pans, it is important to make sure the magnetic circuit with the hob isn't broken by: Making sure the size of the pan base is no smaller than the hob 'ring' Using pans with a flat base Not lifting the pan off the hob top continuously Giving coated and aluminium pans with steel bases more time to heat, as the aluminium sides do not heat directly from the hob
