Unmissable, the RW900 boasts an incredible 22” full-colour capacitive touch display that puts all your important workout data at your fingertips, including watts, strokes per minute, total strokes, time, calories, distance and 500m split.
Pre-loaded with 56 built-in workouts all led by coaches who'll guide you through dozens of virtual bodies of water around the world, the angle of the screen is adjustable, enabling users of all heights to find a position that offers clear viewing throughout the entirety of every stroke.
iFit Capabilities
We can't pass over the 16,000 workout session possibilities with iFit either. You can experience workouts where you won't just be watching the screen and following along with the trainer; the RW900’s resistance will actually increase and decrease automatically as the instructor goes through their live workout with you. Just as futuristic as it sounds, it means you're able to focus on giving it your all instead of constantly breaking your rhythm to increase or decrease the rower’s resistance.
A Custom Rowing Experience
Nordictrack hasn't just focused on keeping you entertained either. Built with an inertia enhanced flywheel, the pure rowing motion and experience on the RW900 is second to none. SMR™ Silent Magnetic Resistance provides 26 levels of fluid resistance, which can be switched at the touch of a button, or use the 10 levels of manually adjustable air resistance to add even more difficulty.
Workouts Without Unnecessary Work
Who said working out had to be uncomfortable too? Sit comfortably on the ergonomic moulded seat, moving along an oversized steel seat rail that offers not just a smooth motion, but stability too. Adjustable nylon foot straps keep your feet securely on the oversized pivoting footplates for the ideal platform to push off from at the start of each stroke.
