The nougat bar with dried cranberries is a great delicacy to go with your favourite coffee. Nougat is a sweet made from whipped egg whites, sugar, honey and almonds. Can be seasoned with various nuts or fruits. Production began in the 19th century in Europe, now nougat is popular in all European countries.
