Mixing wheel sizes is the best solution for a bike like this and after a lot of testing and processing opinions, we have decided to implement a solution that we truly believe makes a lot of sense for many riders. A big, fast-rolling 29” wheel in the front plows through rough terrain and a smaller 27.5 wheel in the rear is tucked in and allows more suspension travel to be applied without contacting the frame or body parts.
