The charcoal painted finish of our Metamorph Wall Art is brought to life through its raised clay panels, which are made to look like patches of paper crinkled at the edges. The tiles are cleverly laid to create contrast and shadows, adding many layers of interest to the design. It has been designed exclusively for OKA and is handmade by a company committed to creating employment for local South African women in need; many of whom have been affected by poverty and HIV. The women learn to specialise in specific techniques, which they are able to execute from the comfort of their own homes, providing essential work and skills to poverty-stricken communities. Every piece of clay is handmade and crafted into the artwork ensuring each final design is utterly unique.
