Crafted from a lightweight fabric with a touch of silk featuring a reimangined 1930's hand painted blossom print, it has a V-front with a ruffle collar, short puff sleeves and a draped wrap skirt with a tie belt. Push on flats to keep it casual, or wear it with heels for dressier moments.
