The Origin Commercial Air Trainer comes with a pump for inflation. The unit is 600mm in diameter, and when inflated is approx. 200mm tall. The unit also comes with detachable handles and 6 small feet on the bottom providing 10mm ground clearance. Before stretching and at time of purchase the handles' tubes are 620mm in length. The Origin Commercial Air Balance Trainer is a unique balance, core stability and proprioception training tool which you can use or incorporate in any type of fitness training.
