What Does Ginger Essence Smell Like? Ginger Essence smells fizzy and spicy. It's zingy and bright, which is down to the citrus notes of bergamot, lemon and lime. Why It's Escentual: Ginger Essence was rumoured discontinued for nearly a year. Luckily, the Origins team were just reformulating it.
