OSMO IKON 100ml Hi-Lift are a permanent hair dye that works differently to other hair dyes due to its unique composition containing more ammonia, more dye pigment and are mixed with a double ratio of 40Vol Cream Developer. They have been created to cater for those clients who refuse to bleach their hair. They are the strongest colours in your palette, meaning they will give you maximum amount of lightening plus tonal deposit. Hi-lifts are not bleach.
