‘Motif’ is a stylish and unique silk pocket in camel with green & pink leaf pattern and is finished with a hand-sewn hem. It is a fresh take on a classic design from 1920 discovered in the archives of the UK's leading silk printer. The name ‘Motif’ was inspired by the use of a repeat pattern on this pocket square. Printed in Macclesfield, the home of English silk printing, the artwork is reproduced with a good balance of colour between the printed & reverse sides of the silk pocket square to work perfectly with any fold. The pocket square is finished by hand-rolling and hand-sewing the edges to create the distinctive 'shoestring' hem in contrasting Indian pink. It is a full-size pocket square (42 x 42cm). ‘Motif’ comes tissue-wrapped in a complimentary Otway & Orford branded gift box. High-quality 100% Mulberry silk is woven into 16oz silk twill to give the characteristic sheen and cool touch as well as to ensure that the pocket square sits nicely in the top pocket. Silk should always be dry cleaned. Avoid pressing the hand-sewn hem to preserve its distinctive 'shoestring' shape. Made in England.
