It comprises of a refractory wood-burning oven along with a wood or charcoal fired BBQ grill and a Marmotech worktop with a polished, grey granite finish. The set includes practical storage compartments, a set of built-in metal windshields and a canopy to protect from the weather. The oven floor complies with (CE) regulation no.1935/2004 regarding contact with food. It comes with stainless steel oven door, a practical thermometer and a cool-touch handle. The firebox with its side wood brazier makes cooking and wood-loading easy while leaving the whole grill area free to use. It also comes with an integrated firewood holder. The grill area has a refractory floor and insulated padding. The kitchen includes anthracite-coloured, tile-effect roof made out of Cemipiù, a material specifically developed for outdoor use which is resistant to wear and to the legislation on food contact (CE 1935/2004).
