The Palmako Andre 4.5m x 5.5m Wooden Garage - Up and Over Door is a fantastic garden building in which to park a car and makes an excellent garden workshop too. This garage building is built from 160mm fine-sawn, pre-assembled wall panels, with added wind protection. Together with the treated foundation joists and 19mm tongue and groove apex roof, this ensures excellent protection from the elements and a real sense of solidity. All of the wood used is premium Nordic spruce. Vehicle entry to this wooden garage is gained via a large up-and-over door. To the side of the structure, there is a further personal access door, which is partially-glazed, made from plywood, and insulated with rubber seals and silicone. This door can be secured by a cylinder lock, so valuable stored items will be secure. Two double-glazed security windows provide the interior with plenty of natural light. They are also fitted with rubber seals and silicone, to keep out draughts, as well as integral metal guttering. This garden building is backed by a 5-year parts guarantee and includes an assembly kit. As the wall panels are readymade, assembly is simple. *This garage building is designed without a floor and delivered untreated. It should be coated with wood preservative upon assembly and annually, thereafter, to guard against rot and fungal decay.* Please note that the roof does not include a covering. Buy SBS, Charcoal Felt Shingles or Roof Underlay Felt as an optional extra. (SBS is a thick, torch-on weatherproof felt with a very long lifespan. Installation should only be carried out by those with advanced DIY skills or a professional installer. Weatherproof Charcoal Felt Roof Shingles are attractive, easy to fit and will last for years. Roof Underlay Felt is simple to nail on to the garden building but should only be used as a temporary roof covering or as an underlay to a permanent weatherproof roof cover upgrade.)
