Waterproof YKK zips seal out moisture but make putting on and taking off a cinch, while kevlar-based material on the toes increases durability. The use of pedal cleats is fully supported thanks to the cleat cutouts on the soles, and reflective panels on the heels improve visibility when the light conditions are poor.
