This glorious dining table is made with rustic chunky pine boards & heavy duty steel square legs. The thick solid pine boards give the table a modern rustic look & the heavy duty steel legs take that weight brilliantly & add to the industrial style of the table! The wood for this table is purchased from the local timber up cycling business. The legs are also manufactured by a small business based in the UK. The table height is 75cm & is made to order so the length & depth are fully customisable. All of our items are made to order so please feel more than welcome to contact us to discuss your requirements or any specific details that you would like to modify. The current examples in the photos are finished with a Dark Oak wood stain which is water based as well as eco friendly. There are more colour variations such as the ones that can be seen in the samples photo. The unit can also be painted or stained to the customer's preferred colour if non of the above choices are suitable. Wood is a living, breathing material. It responds to its environment and, like all living things, it ages. Natural wood has characteristics which include knots, variations in grain & differences in colour. Drying the wood properly reduces splitting & warping but because wood is living, its moisture content will fluctuate based on the humidity of its surroundings & will cause some natural movement. Our products are thoughtfully designed, manufactured & finished with care, to allow for this natural movement of the wood. Any imperfections in solid wood reveal its age & history & the reclaimed planks that we use for our pieces may be faintly uneven & may cup or bow very marginally over time. These variations in the wood are to be expected & celebrated & we promise that they will not affect the functionality or structural integrity of the piece. in truth, these little imperfections enhance the unique character of the furniture which means that you can be certain that no other piece will be exactly like yours. Logistics This item will be delivered flat packed to eliminate the risk of damage during transit. A simple assembly will be required to install the legs. Screws will be provided! You will need a screwdriver :) We are delighted to ship to customers outside the UK. We do, however, need to receive a shipping quote from our couriers before we can confirm the final price with you.
