Powered by a medley of exfoliating acids, PAULA’s CHOICE’s 25% AHA + 2% BHA Exfoliant Peel gets to work in just 10 minutes to counter congested pores, smooth rough skin and reveal a radiant glow.The concentrated, rinse-off peel harnesses water-soluble AHAs (8.4% glycolic acid, 7.1% lactic acid, 5% mandelic acid, 2.5% tartaric acid and 2% malic acid, to be exact) and oil-soluble salicylic acid to achieve multi-level resurfacing action. That’s a fair few acids, we know, but they’re balanced by calming plant extracts such as allantoin, bisabolol and plant-derived butterfly pea flower extract (the ingredient behind the blend’s natural lilac colour) to soothe irritation and reduce the signs of redness.
