Description
This favourite blooms red, semi-double blooms on thin stems, it is a compact hardy perennial which is easy to grow and provides long-lasting colour. This is a perfect addition to front of borders or cut flower arrangements. Geums dislike soils which are prone to waterlogging in winter. Plant them in moist, fertile, well drained soil, adding plenty of compost or well rotted manure to amend heavy clay or sandy soils. Choose a position towards the front of the border in full sun. Water regularly until plants are fully established. Regular deadheading will encourage more flowers to be produced throughout the summer. In spring, lift and divide overcrowded clumps of geum to maintain their vigour. Please note: This product cannot be delivered outside the United Kingdom. Images shown are for guidance only of the expected results from plants upon maturity. Different growing conditions might vary results.
