This is a framed, hand-formed porcelain 3-dimensional contemporary wall art. If you are looking for modern home decor, this piece, with its free-flow design, can bring you that. I roll out paper porcelain clay strips and ensure it is in the right state before I start free-forming to avoid breaking or deforming. I make numerous pieces allowing my hand coordination to harmonise with the porcelain, responding to my intuition. I select the ones I feel happy with to fire and work further. It is then fired at 1260C in, making it weather and waterproof. It is framed and hangs like a painting. The three-dimensional surface interacts with the quality and level of light that falls on it. The colour of the backing: Teal Edges are hand-painted with enamel gold lustre Size: 35cm2 box frame The porcelain is weather and waterproof. The frame is an open box frame. It is advisable to use a soft duster rather than a wet cloth.
