Prestat's founding family, the Dufours, first created them for a Christmas feast back in 1895. The whipped-cream dark chocolate ganache centre is enriched with Marc de Champagne produced using grapes from Épernay, the capital of Champagne, and is piped into a pink chocolate shell and dusted with icing sugar. Combined with a glass of rosé Champagne, this Easter egg will make for a celebration that will not be quickly forgotten.
