Description

This is a lovely & quite unusual elm vintage chair with a beautifully tactile carved back & pierced seat. The wood has a particularly attractive tone - I have oiled & waxed it to help preserve its condition. I decided to paint the centre of the seat & highlighted features using black chalkpaint sealed with a wax finish. It is very sturdy & in excellent condition - perfect at a vintage desk or dressing table. The chair measures 34 inches high at the back & the seat is 17 inches wide max. The seat height is 17 inches/44cm. PLEASE NOTE: I am based in Cheshire & you are welcome to collect in person or arrange your own courier. The price I have quoted for shipping is a guide only.
