Provide a practical all in one solution for shower cubicles and similar environments. Fan sits in attic or loft above room, reducing noise. Ideal for use in Zone 1 areas as the fan motor is mounted remotely. This model incorporates an overrun timer which continues to operate fan for a pre set time after associated light is turned off. The time is adjustable at installation. Requires a permanent live, switched live and neutral connection (3 wires excluding earth) at the fan position in order for the timer functionality to operate correctly.
