Prochef Food Processor This Prochef Food Processor has a very sharp blade for even cutting. An alternative to electric food processors, the Pro Chef food processor is quick, versatile and easy to use to chop fruits or vegetables quickly. Eight-piece set, all pieces store inside when not in use. The clear bowl has a green non-skid ring on the bottom to grip the countertop during use. Capacity 5 ½ cups. About 7” diameter x 3 ½”H (9”H with knob). The Lettuce Leaf Green seal is virtually air-tight and liquid-tight, so prepared foods do not need to be transferred to another container. Large tab for easy removal. The Lettuce Leaf Green cover does not need to be screwed onto the bowl and has the gear mechanism sealed inside. A Lettuce Leaf Green handle attaches to the cover and has a large ergonomic rotating ball to make it simple to use. Turn the handle clockwise to chop, counterclockwise to stir. The Lettuce Leaf Green funnel attachment has measurements up to 3 tablespoons embossed inside. When it is inserted into the cover it allows ingredients to be added while chopping, without disassembling the bowl and cover. Turn the funnel to closed position, or regulate flow with varied open positions. The 3-blade assembly has blades at three different levels, with each blade angled at the tip, to ensure the food is chopped at the very bottom of the bowl, then scooped up and “fed into” the other blades. The Lettuce Leaf Green paddle whisk mixes, whips or blends the ingredients while in use. Great for whipped cream, batters, dressings, and dips.
