Public Dispute 2025 Snowboard uni
Description
The Dispute dominates the Mountain. The Dispute is the most versatile board in the Public line-up. Designed by Ben Bilodeau, this directional twin board has an Alert Camber profile and is packed with the best technical features. Inlaid aramid strips and carbon stringers provide a lightweight, powerful core that delivers a responsive ride, while urethane sidewalls offer additional impact protection.Riding styleAn all-Mountain/Freestyle board for advanced riders - you want to have fun all over the mountain? This board does it all, from kickers and rails in the park to deep powder in the backcountry.ShapeThe Directional Twin Shape gives you more float in soft snow and excellent forward and switch performance. Due to the slight offset of the bindings in the direction of the tail (setback), the nose gets a little longer. However, the shape of nose and tail remains symmetrical.ProfileThe Alert Camber profile is a traditional camber profile with a slight rocker in the nose and tail. As a result, you get a fun and responsive board that enables pinpoint turns yet is forgiving.FlexThe medium flex is ideal for the all-mountain design of this board. Hard enough for powerful turns but still soft enough for a playful rideConstructionThe poplar core consists of 100 % FSC-certified wood. Poplar is the most commonly used wood species for snowboard cores due to its unbeatable stability-to-weight ratio. Urethane sidewalls are used in all Public Boards because they have better damping properties compared to the industry standards ABS and P-Tex. A 20 mm wide carbon fibre stringer running from tip to tail increases pop and response without increasing torsional flex. Aramid stringers are strategically placed in a V-pattern in the tip and tail for better durability, dampening and a dose of extra pop.
