Named after an estate in the Scottish Highlands, the Balmacaan coat originated as protection from the rain and wind. This modern version is constructed from lightweight cotton twill sourced from a fine Italian mill. Elongated, boxy silhouette. Intended to hit at the knee. US size 8 has a 37½" back body length, a 50" bust, a 51" waist, and a 33¾" sleeve length. Sleeve length is taken from the center back of the neck
