The most delicate of all tea, unprocessed and crafted entirely from tender spring buds, high in the remote mountains of Fujian. Picked for only five days of the year, just before the buds unfurl to the first new leaves.Also known as White Silver Needle and Baihao Yinzhen.Tasting Notes:Remarkably delicate, with the sweetness of spring long stored over winter.Quantity:Use 2g of tea per 150ml of water.Temperature:For the optimum infusion use 70°C (158°F) water.Time:Infuse for 1 - 2 minutes, tasting regularly.Infusions:You can infuse this tea at least twice.
