The casserole dishes from the Genivra collection are made of high-quality stoneware (a particularly hard form of ceramic) This makes it extremely easy to clean. In contrast to glass molds, the glaze of ceramic molds remains permanently beautiful, as no food residues are burned in. In contrast to coated metal molds, glazed ceramic does not contain any harmful substances that can outgas at high temperatures. In addition, glazed ceramic is absolutely scratch and cut resistant and dissipates the heat of your food much more slowly than aluminum. Please note: In order to ensure objective comparability, our filling quantities refer to filling to the brim. Avoid temperature shocks, as otherwise the molds could break (for example, if you place them directly from the hot oven on a cold stone work surface).
