The Redlands Pressure Treated Deluxe Shiplap Pent Shed range are probably the best pent sheds available online. Constructed from extra thick 16mm finish shiplap tongue and groove cladded timber boards with double heavyweight pressure treated 58 x 44mm finish framework throughout giving it the strength to last. This fantastic 8' x 12' building comes with a high quality joiner made single door, positioned as standard to the right of fantastic joiner made mortice and tenoned windows, constructed from 2mm glass. The antique style door handles to go with the heavy duty hinges and three lever security lock. Both the floor and roof are constructed from robust 16mm tongue & groove boards with mineral felt added to the roof for additional protection against the elements. Bargeboards and corner strips finish off this attractive garden building. All timber used within the production of our buildings has been certified as being harvested from a legal and sustainable source. 15 year guarantee offers protection for pressure treated (tanalised) buildings against general timber rot and decay - the guarantee does not cover the product against timber splits or warping which may occur naturally over time. To maintain the validity of this guarantee the product must be assembled strictly in accordance with the instructions supplied, treated annually with an appropriate high quality preservative and all glazing units must be sealed, inside and out, with silicone or other watertight sealant. Please Note: It is essential that the product is assembled in accordance with the instructions supplied on a firm and level base constructed from a suitably durable material. It should also be treated shortly after assembly and then annually thereafter with an appropriate high quality preservative.
