The Redlands 8' x 6' Pressure Treated Octagonal Summer House is a charming garden building that can serve as a great place to relax. The building features 2x joiner made Georgian style windows and double doors, featuring decorative antique hinges and a door handle with a 3 lever lock for added security. The timber is pressure treated for extra durability and comes with a 15 years anti-rot guarantee. All timber used within the production of our buildings has been certified as being harvested from a legal and sustainable source. This product comes with the Redlands Garden Buildings 10 year guarantee included. Offering protection against general timber rot and decay - the guarantee does not cover the product against timber splits or warping which may occur naturally over time. Please Note: It is essential that the product is assembled in accordance with the instructions supplied on a firm and level base constructed from a suitably durable material. It should also be treated shortly after assembly and then annually thereafter with an appropriate high quality preservative.
