Complete with 12 pre-set workouts programmed within the intelligent console, the AR Rower offers three target workout functions for more tailorable and personal sessions. Fitted with a clear and intuitive 5.5 LCD screen, the rower hands you complete control over your workout. Displaying key training feedback including speed, time, distance, calories, stroke and SPM; the rower can also display live heart rate info when you're connected to the wireless pulse receiver. Made for both complete performance and enhanced comfort, the AR Rower features a densely padded ergonomic seat alongside foam coated handlebars. The machine's large rubberised footplates are easily adjustable to promote correct rowing form, whilst the six points of easy floor-level adjustment ensure a level and effective platform.
