The lock in moisture system offers 3 adjustable settings for a customized experience: Regular (no steam), Low Steam, and High Steam. Additionally, the straightener has adjustable temperature settings from 150°C to 230°C, ensuring the temperature is continuously regulated to minimize hair damage. How to use: Fill the water tank of your straightener by unlocking the water tank using the lock/unlock mechanism on the top of the straightener. Lift the black silicon tab and fill the tank with water. Replace the tab and reattach the tank onto the unit. It is recommended to use filtered water to fill the water tank of your Steamcare straightener. Select your desired settings by turning the dial on the bottom of the straightener. For thinner, shorter hair, the "low steam" setting is recommended. For thicker, longer hair, the "high steam" setting is recommended. Manually adjust the temperature using the touch temperature control buttons. It is recommended to start with a lower temperature. The temperature lights will flash until the selected temperature LED light becomes static. Gently clamp a section of hair between the plates, and the steam will automatically start as you glide the straightener through your hair. Use the straightener slowly, moving from the root to the end of the hair section to allow the steam to spread evenly. Work on one section at a time, running the straightener through the entire length of the hair from roots to ends without stopping. For even straighter results, use a comb while straightening. After using the straightener, switch it off, unplug it, and place it on your REVAMP heat resistant mat to cool before storing. The straightener plates can be shut down together using the lock/unlock lever for easy storage.
