The 10cm vegetable knife is designed for peeling, trimming and slicing fruit and vegetable. The 14cm cook's knife has a curved blade for chopping and rocking actions when preparing meat and hard vegetables. The hand-held Signature knife sharpener features a ceramic wheel, specially designed to keep Signatures knives razor-sharp for years. The clear blade guide and rubberised base ensure the sharpener is stable and easy to use. Robert Welch Signature kitchen knives are precision tools, hand-honed and sharpened by master craftsmen to give you many years of optimum use.
