This is a poly velvet backed with metallic silk shantung, vintage black velvet 6" wide ribbon and my exclusive Morphy design results in a dramatic look. It is reversible, can be worn with as a hood, a collar, a corset, with the high part at the back, with a "bustle" ... you can crush the sides to be more form fitting. Use the ribbons to adjust the fit.
