The layup uses composites with varying elongation characteristics, giving up to 18mm of vertical compliance, all in a seatpost that weighs less than 200 grams. This compliance keeps the rider fresher and faster without having any effect on pedalling efficiency and doesn’t rely on heavy or complicated parts.
