Rule 28 Aero Sleeves The Rule 28 Aero Sleeves are a set of fully UCI Legal aerodynamic arm screens. They've been designed with road and criterium racing in mind, and really come into their own above 40kph, saving you up to 22.5 watts at 50kph. For reference, in their independent product testing, Rule 28's tester was 1.91m and 100kg - so savings for smaller riders will be proportionately lower.
