Delicious moist round Christmas pudding full of rum cask cider soaked fruit handmade in small batches. The cider used is produced by a local cider maker Tutts Clump Cider who use a variety of eating cooking and crab apples mainly from within West Berkshire which has been fermented and matured in oak rum barrels. The pudding is then wrapped in muslin and finished with a pretty ribbon. After steeping the juicy currants sultanas raisins and figs in cider they combine them with the rest of the ingredients including a special pudding spice mix. Each pudding is steamed for 6 hours wrap and left to mature to perfection. Voted as one of the top five best artisan Christmas Puddings by Xantha Clay Daily Telegraph food critic. These make fantastic gifts. Reheat take label and ribbon off pudding place in a colander over steaming water cover for 100 mins. Microwave take pudding out of all wrappings 3 minutes on high.
