This dainty, small size cream jug, crafted in fine bone china features the whimsical sea creatures which form part of designer Kit Kemps illustrative story of The Sailors Farewell. The two small dogs alone at sea, the whale and silvery fish are set against the pale blue finish which echoes her original fabric design. The piece is embellished with a deeper blue and hand-applied 22 carat gold trim and forms part of this novel collection, Kit Kemps second collaboration with Wedgwood based on her love of lyrical folk art.
