The C4 is ideal for those who are looking to be impressed by a helmet's performance at high speeds and during long touring rides.The Helmet has been made using a unique method of manufacturing which makes it lightweight and have optimum stability. Direct Fiber Processing (DFP) is an innovation developed by Schuberth which involves an endless glass fibre being cut into pieces by a robot and being blown into a mould. This preform is baked under high pressure in a heatable mould with the addition of a precisely defined quantity of resin to produce an exceptionally solid shell. The multi-part construction of the inner lining allows for outstanding force absorption, thereby enhancing safety. Peace of mind for the rider is given due to the helmet being tested in accordance with the ECE R 22.05 standard, meaning it can be used throughout Europe.There is a ShineyTex inner lining which is designed to ensure a secure and comfortable fit. The fabrics used are fast-drying, washable and anti-bacterial, and provide good circulation to keep the rider cool whilst wearing. The inner lining of the helmet is Oko-Tex 100 certified, removable and washable. Working with the ventilation provided by the lining, there is also a complex multi-channel system to insure the shell ensure a comfortable air flow rate.The helmet has an integrated antenna, pre-installed speakers and microphone, as well as optimum Bluetooth/Radio reception. This plug and play design is ideal for the SC1 Communication System.There is a extra-large anti-fog lens which offers a wide field of vision, even when the rider adopts a racing posture.
