Elane floor lamp - perfect as a reading lamp Elane is an elegant and filigree reading lamp that can be perfectly adjusted by means of an invisible joint integrated in the upper section of the tube. Even without springs or weights, the shade remains exactly in position. The amazing radius of action makes Elane the perfect light source as a reading lamp by the sofa, next to the reading chair or even as a bedside lamp. The electronic transformer and a touch dimmer are hidden in the base of the lamp. The Elane reading lamp, designed by Jakob Timpe, a Berlin architect and interior designer, can be switched on and off via the switch on the lamp head, dimming is done via the button on the base. A memory function stores the selected setting and allows the luminaire to shine at its last brightness the next time it is switched on.
