Artfully designed, effectively conceived: Ceiling lamp Poppy with adjustable flex arms, three-flameWith the ceiling lamp Poppy, the name says it all, because "poppy" comes from English and means poppy translated. So it is not surprising that the shades, which are hand-blown from glass, are reminiscent of poppy blossoms. But that's not all: initially still closed, the leaves made of bimetal open during operation due to heating. Poppy is designed for three G4 bulbs, which are included, and is mounted over a polished stainless steel canopy. From this go three flexible arms, which are made of aluminum and covered with textile. Thus, each arm and thus each shade can be aligned as desired for a need-based lighting. Poppy was created by designers Ulrich Beckert, Georg Soanca-Pollak and Peter Thammer and is produced by serien.lighting in Germany. It is a prime example of modern Florentine lighting and can also be used as a wall lamp.
