Shimano 105 Bottom Bracket Octalink
Description
This splined bottom bracket is designed for use with older Shimano road Octalink cranksets and features an oversized 22mm chrome-moly hollow pipe billet spindle which reduces weight whilst simultaneously increasing strength and rigidity. The unique Octalink splined axle / crank arm interface results in a more rigid crank assembly compared to traditional square tapered spindles by providing a greater contact surface area. The maintenance-free sealed cartridge design prevents corrosion making it ideal for year round use in the UK.
