Performance is improved by the use of a stainless steel / alloy 3-layer sandwich which promotes faster heat dissipation, this leads to better, more consistent braking and reduces instances of brake fade.The sandwich construction can reduce surface temperatures by up to 50°C which also means that pad temperatures are lower too, meaning a longer life and less squeal.
