Encourage children to play outside with this beautiful Shire FSC Kitty Playhouse with Veranda.With an enclosed area of 4' x 4' plus small veranda, this playhouse is made from FSC approved, high grade 12mm European pine with 34mm square framing and is tested to BS EN 71 the European safety standard for toys.This playhouse features an opening window and a single glazed door and a tough tongue and groove floor for everyday durability.The roof is made from OSB board finished with mineral felt for resilience against the elements and the whole playhouse features a honey brown basecoat preservative treatment ready for painting and staining when fully assembled. . Enclosed area of 4' x 4' plus small veranda . FSC approved. High grade 12mm European Pine. 34mm square framing. Opening windows. Single glazed door.
