Shire Garden Buildings Shire Lela 16 x 8ft Double Door Summerhouse with Storage
Description
Host memorable evenings in your outdoor oasis with the Shire Lela 16 x 8ft Double Door Summerhouse with Storage. With an impressive eaves height of around 7 ft, this modern garden room offers a spacious and comfortable interior, ideal for summer dining and relaxation. The double doors, made from premium joinery, come fitted with a mortice lock for added security, while the fixed windows are glazed with top-quality styrene safety glass. Plus, one door has a padbolt ready for your own padlock. The building is built on robust 34mm square framing and clad with planed shiplap tongue and groove boards made only from the highest grade, slow-grown, FSC-approved pine. The floor and roof are 12mm matching tongue and groove boards, and the roof comes with mineral felt supplied. To ensure your summerhouse looks stunning, it comes with a honey brown dip-treated base coat preservative ready for you to top coat to your choice immediately on installation; this could be a paint or a stain. Get ready to enjoy a summer like never before. The picture illustrates what can be achieved with decoration. When setting, allowance should be made for the roof overhang and access for painting and during installation. Before you assemble your building, you will need a flat base and level to a sufficient size. Grass, soil or gravel are not sufficient as they will move with the weight of a building. If factory installation is selected, your building will be delivered and installed on your prepared site. The site needs to be flat and levelled to a sufficient size. Following your order, you will be sent a link to choose your delivery day. On the morning of delivery day, you will also receive live tracking information. Note: Currently, the product is not delivered to DG, TD, KA, ML, EH, G, PA, FK, KY, PH, DD, AB IV and KW areas. The inconvenience is regretted, and you will be updated when it's available to order for the mentioned postcodes.
