Make your backyard a hangout destination with the Shire 16 x 6ft Mayfield Summerhouse, a stunning cabin with a fully glazed front to reflect lots of natural light. Equipped with lockable double doors for easy access, the house has a contemporary design with toughened glass for safety. Lovely garden room is constructed from high-grade FSC-certified 12mm pine shiplap boards over sturdy 44mm x 44mm framing, and the floor and roof are 12mm tongue and groove (T&G) timber with supplied mineral roof felt to complete the roof exterior. The windows and doors are of joinery made quality with a storm-resistant modern design, which also allows different window and door layouts to best suit your location. A dip-treated base coat preservative is applied to the house, and post installation, you can top coat immediately with wood paint or stain. The summerhouse can be self-assembled with the help of two to three people using the instructions. A base which is flat and level to a sufficient size is required for the house and cannot be assembled on grass, soil or gravel as they will move with the weight of the house.
